Manifestation

Part III

Since we are always consciously or unconsciously manifesting, you could say that our entire life is a mirror for our practice of manifesting. However, I would like to provide you with concrete help and tools for conscious manifestation. Everyone is different. Some people find it easy to let themselves fall into themselves and become calm, for others this is an almost unsolvable problem. Don't worry. If meditation is something that should be incredibly difficult for you, this does not mean that there are no tools for conscious manifestation for you.

Meditation is ONE tool. A very powerful one - but there are many others.

There is no right way, there are only different approaches. The most important thing for conscious manifestation is, as already mentioned, our heart center. An open heart is the direct connection to Source from which all creative impulses come and to which they also return. Opening and enlarging this "door" - by breathing, healing old wounds and scars, integrating fears and traumas - is the basic prerequisite for all the techniques I present. The divine emotions, such as joy, love, gratitude and enthusiasm, which are key emotions for manifesting, also emerge from this "door".

The first tool I would like to introduce to you is a guided meditation for manifestation.

Manifestation in meditative contemplation

Before we begin, think about what you want to manifest. Feel deeply into yourself until you are sure. Is it a situation that you want to change? Is it a "thing" or event that you want to appear or be in your life? Is it health? Wealth, a new job or even a new car? Whatever you want to manifest, it is something that is not "there". Be aware that what you want or need must be present within you in order for it to show up in your outer experience.

The first step of manifestation is always ACCEPTANCE

Accept what is... you have no money? Accept this situation. Are you single and lonely? Accept it.

Accepting what is doesn't equate to giving up because you can't change it. Accepting what is means embracing it... drawing it close to you, no longer resisting it, so that it can truly come home to your heart and thus to Source where it originated. This meditation will be a three-step meditation. First I will guide you into your heart, then I will guide you into acceptance and then we will move on to the actual manifestation.

Reminder: What is manifestation? Manifestation is the condensation of a thought form to a degree that it can show up in the 3rd dimension as an event or physical thing. Every event or thing has a blueprint in the higher dimensions. The higher the vibration of the original thought or feeling, the more dimensions are involved. Manifestation is something we do all the time without being aware of it. So conscious manifesting takes into account that what you don't see, don't feel in yourself, contributes to that manifestation and either amplifies, diminishes or changes it.

The tools for manifestation are: the source/ heart, feelings, visualization, all the cells of your body, your pineal gland, the universal (quantum) field or the flower of life grid.

So again, before we begin - once you know what you want to manifest, think about what feeling this event or "thing" you want to call into your life will trigger in you as a result.

Feelings we need for manifestation are: joy, gratitude, enthusiasm and in general - love.

Part I - Sinking into the heart space

Close your eyes, relax and begin to breathe in and out deeply. Shift your focus inwards and feel where this focus is right now. Is it in your head? If so, point it downwards, as if you were looking from your head down into your throat and chest.

Now descend down through the throat, into the chest and further down into the heart space in the middle of your chest. Connect with the deepest point. Connect with your heart center. Breathe in and out deeply. Sit in your heart space and feel the center. Feel how it expands, how the heart space expands around you like a sphere. Let it expand further with every breath. Breathe in and out. Let any thoughts that arise pass by. Do not pursue them.

Concentrate on your center. Say the words in your heart space: "I am love. I am an eternal being. I am a part of Source/God" and feel the love flowing from your center. Fill your heart space with this love until you feel it overflowing into every cell of your body.

Part II - "Earthing" and "Heavening"

Connect from your center to the heart of Gaia (the "soul" of the earth). The crystalline core of Gaia. Let a ray of love go down through your body, through your feet, deep into the earth, further down until you feel it connect with the crystals of Gaia's core. If it helps you, visualize these crystals and your ray of love connecting with them. Feel the energy flowing from your heart to Gaia's heart and back to your own heart. Then connect with the spiritual sun or the sun "behind" our sun. Feel it in your heart and then send a ray of love up through your throat, up through your head to the physical sun and then to the sun "behind" the sun that connects you to the galactic center. Feel the love returning to you and flowing up and down, creating a torus field. Then say, "I am now connected to the Flower of Life grid." Now you are ready to manifest.

Part III - Manifestation

Think about what you want to manifest. If it is a situation that you want to change in your life, think of the situation as it is. See it floating in a sphere in front of you and draw this sphere as a whole into your heart space. Breathe it in deeply and let it go into the opening to Source in the center of your heart space. Say: "All energies connected to this situation in all times, dimensions, spaces and areas and in my whole body, my field and my cells as well as in my DNA and ancestral line are now also drawn into my heart and handed over Source". Repeat this until you feel that everything connected to this issue has been released or handed over to Source.

Now imagine what you want to create. Don't think about the "thing" itself or the situation, but about how you will feel when it has shown up in your life. Create a scene where you tell a friend, for example, how happy you feel now, how excited you are about it. Try to hold this scene for a while and charge it with as many deep feelings as possible. Add gratitude that the situation has been resolved or the 'event' has happened or the 'thing' has appeared in your life. Now think of a symbol that fits perfectly with the situation or thing you want to create. It can be a flower or an object that has value, such as a ring or a key or a silver box, etc. It can also be a geometric structure if it shows itself to you. Visualize the structure or object clearly and charge it with the previous emotions of joy, love and gratitude and excitement. When you feel it pulsate with these feelings and begin to glow, send a copy of it into every cell of your body and let it return from there to your heart space. Fill it with these feelings again. Charge it to its highest capacity and then send the symbol up into your pineal gland in the center of your head. Hold the image there for as long as possible.

Let it expand from there into the grid of the Flower of Life. Follow it to the "edge" of your expanded heart sphere or universe. Find the antimatter form for it - the negative blueprint, if you will, which like a cake or muffin tin, forms the invisible template for your object and watch it become one with it, merge with it and return to you from there. Feel how it returns to your field, to your heart, and say, "And so it is. Amen. Thank you."

Now try to stop thinking about the event until it begins to show up in your life.

Manifestation in meditative contemplation

Before we begin, think about what you want to manifest. Feel deeply into yourself until you are sure. Is it a situation that you want to change? Be aware that what you want or need must be present within you in order for it to show up in your outer experience.

Part II - "Earthing" and "Heavening"

Connect from your center to the heart of Gaia (the "soul" of the earth). The crystalline core of Gaia. Let a ray of love go down through your body, through your feet, deep into the earth, further down until you feel it connect with the crystals of Gaia's core. If it helps you, visualize these crystals and your ray of love connecting with them. Feel the energy flowing from your heart to Gaia's heart and back to your own heart. Then connect with the spiritual sun or the sun "behind" our sun. Feel it in your heart and then send a ray of love up through your throat, up through your head to the physical sun and then to the sun "behind" the sun that connects you to the galactic center. Feel the love returning to you and flowing up and down, creating a torus field. Then say, "I am now connected to the Flower of Life grid." Now you are ready to manifest.

Part III - Manifestation

Think about what you want to manifest. If it is a situation that you want to change in your life, think of the situation as it is. See it floating in a sphere in front of you and draw this sphere as a whole into your heart space. Breathe it in deeply and let it go into the opening to Source in the center of your heart space.
